Pennsylvania CLE credits will be available to attorneys who actively participate in webinars and indicate their participation through polls displayed periodically during the webinars.

A panel of experienced tenant lawyers will consider a number of different scenarios where the path to a positive result might not be immediately clear, and discuss how they would approach those cases. The idea is to help practitioners turn a hopeless case into one that will generate a positive or less harmful outcome. Scenarios will include MDJ practice in rural and smaller urban communities.
